FRIEND on Paul O'Grady show
Some of FRIEND's rescued animals where invited onto the Paul O'Grady show, along with some ponies from another rescue. Needless to say Zues (lamb), Trefor (3 legged goat) and Rapunzel (the piglet) where very well behaved and helped raise awareness about animal welfare issues and farming. Reminding the public where there 'meat' comes from and that its not just cats and dogs that need rescuing! It also raised awareness of the work we do at FRIEND and attracted a small mount of much needed donations...
Zues, Trefor and Rapunzel had a slap up meal and where loved by all the TV show's staff that wanted their pictues taken with them.
